Portabella Fajitas
Portabella mushrooms sliced & sautéed in a mesquite sauce with onions and peppers. Served with cheese, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and warm flour tortillas.
Carnitas
Slow roasted pork, sautéed Spanish onions and bell peppers finished with a sweet chipotle BBQ sauce and melted Monterey Jack cheese. Served with fresh pico de gallo and warm flour tortillas.
